We are very pleased to announce that our MI Associate, Carlos Botelho, who has been one of our most active members since the inception of MI in 2013, has been appointed as a Member of our Council with immediate effect. Carlos is a practitioner turned full time academic, based at the University of Lisbon, and continues to produce ground breaking research in support of MI’s evidence base. One of his latest developments is the incorporation of OMR assessments (organizational maturity rating using the OM30 instrument) into a post-graduate master’s programme.
