Karen has held a number of leadership roles within organisations, working collaboratively across functional areas to identify the business opportunities and to deliver value for stakeholders. She brings to the Council business acumen and rigorous analytical thinking developed over the past 30 years, with experience in client-facing and revenue generating roles, as well as in the infrastructure that supports the business: Treasury, Accounting, Finance, Operations, and IT. It is this breadth of experience that gives Karen the perspective to understand organisations in their entirety, to understand their challenges, and to appreciate the questions that the Maturity Institute is asking as it looks at measuring the Organisational Maturity of an organisation. Karen has a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She was, most recently, a Consultant at Endava; having previously worked at Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs, and several privately held companies.
