Rob Scott

Rob Scott is one of the Founding members of MI and the Global Lead:  Strategy & Innovation for  the Global HR consultancy , Presence of IT.  Rob studied Business Economics, Psychology and Information Technology at an undergraduate level which provided an excellent base for his entry into the field of  generalist HR management. He went on to complete an Honours degree in Management and a Masters degree in HR Management.

Rob spent 9 years in the chemical industry in various HR management roles covering Recruitment, Talent Management, Labour Relations, Learning & Development as well as pioneering the introduction of HR technologies in these areas before moving to Deloitte as an Associate Director where he focused on consulting in  HR, HR Technology and HR Transformation.

Over the last 24 years Rob has developed expert knowledge and experience in the areas of Human Resources Management, Strategy, Transformation and People optimisation through technology. He provides leadership to organisations in developing and operationalising people strategies that support desired business outcomes.

Rob is based in the Presence of IT offices in Sydney, Australia

Rob  has successfully integrated his business, psychology, technical, and HR background into a broad value adding service to clients. He is a challenging consulting professional and is recognised as a thought leader within the HR field
