We are delighted to confirm that Carlos Botelho is now MI’s Associate representative in Portugal. Based in Lisbon, and after a long and distinguished career in industry, Carlos is now an active researcher and teacher at the University of Lisbon and will be helping MI to establish and grow a presence within and beyond Portugal.
We are also delighted to confirm that Andrew Hick and Sally Gray are also now Associates of MI based in London. Andrew brings significant experience of working with organizations to identify and integrate senior leaders and has been a recognized voice in creating understanding around the need for organizations to become truly inclusive workplaces.
Sally Gray has worked on some of world’s most complex transformation and change projects with large multi-national corporations, as well as smaller business advisory and coaching roles. Sally’s main focus now revolves around people and sustainability; principally focusing on building more responsible and ethical organizations and creating more meaning and purpose in work.
