The Omindex methodology assesses 32 factors that causally connect people to how they create value and risk for an organisation.
For example, the 32-factors include: assessing and measuring the clarity and impact of a company’s purpose, how an organisation defines and manages value, how it learns, innovates, and how it makes decisions.
The methodology has been tested academically through research collaborations with the University of Cambridge, the University of Lisbon and the University of Reykjavik. It has also been tested in practice with a variety of corporations, fund managers, and investment analysts.
Omindex is designed to provide the following benefits:
- Organisations gain a unique perspective on how they create value, where opportunities exist, and where intervention is important.
- Companies and their stakeholders are better able to see how they align and where gaps may require closing to enhance relationships.
- Firms are able to demonstrate the health of their organisation through an objective, human-centred lens, alongside financial measures.
