I am glad to announce that MI has approved Karen Ward as our newest Associate with immediate effect. Karen is already very active on her own projects and we look forward to working very closely with her over the coming months. All Associates have to complete the MI Orientation but we seek those who are independently-minded and prepared to challenge the status quo and existing practice – Karen scored very highly on both of these particular attributes and will bring yet another, fresh perspective to the most important issues concerning organizational capability in human capital management.
