OMS LLP, together with the Maturity Institute and Long Finance, is launching its proprietary, organizational maturity index, OMI: UK150 in March 2015. OMS LLP are expecting significant demand for this revolutionary insight into an organization’s capability for managing human capital and are seeking to train and develop a new type of consultant who can reach the very high standards set by the Maturity Institute. Minimum requirements are a high level intellect, in-depth business management experience, superb analytical skills and a particular interest in the human dimension of organizations. Applicants must also gain Affiliate status with MI (gained through attending a Maturity Institute Orientation – next scheduled is on 11th and 12th March).
