Between 2010 and 2012 I used to write a regular blog under the heading ‘Evidence Based HR’. I finished the series when I became part of, what is now, the Maturity Institute. In November 2011 I wrote a piece entitled ‘Oh the youth of today‘, a relatively light-hearted rant from a parent’s perspective. Since then 3 grandkids have turned up; for whose future I have even greater concern. If I had some evidence back then, to support my take on the topic, I would have used it. Yesterday the evidence arrived, from Scienceforwork, you can read it for yourself here.
From rant, to evidence and maturity
