MI is very pleased to announce the latest addition to its ‘Subject Lead‘ group. Carlos Botelho will be leading on research into the maturity of existing HR practices. MI recognises that there is a complex relationship between HR functions, their practices and the expectations and demands of operational heads. Carlos’ research does not automatically assume that any value can be attributed to existing HR practices. The practices themselves, or the context in which they operate, can be sufficiently immature to render them of limited value. As MI’s work evolves, pushing out the boundaries of human governance and human capital management, Carlos’ research will play a very important role in monitoring this shifting dynamic.
