Paul Kearns, Lucy Dunnett and Stuart Woollard were delighted to run a half day workshop for a delegation from China, led by the senior team from Anhui Provincial Investment Group Holding Co. Ltd.

The workshop, entitled “How Purpose, Culture & Human Management Systems Create Total Stakeholder Value (TSV)” covered key aspects of Organisational Maturity Rating (OMR) and how the MI framework can be utilised in a Chinese context. We look forward to further developments in our relationship with the Anhui team and China.
