How effective is the management of your company’s Human Capital?
A new research study will show that Organisational Maturity is crucial to the success of Human Capital Management (HCM) and HR functional effectiveness.
The cross-sectional study, from 424 managers and employees working in 135 organisations links higher levels of Organisational Maturity to successful human capital management, the effectiveness of an HR function, and the deployment of management systems and work practices that are designed to drive high performance.
In short, this evidence further validates Maturity Institute diagnostics: if you want to become a human powered firm and create lasting positive change, you need to understand how to improve your Organisational Maturity*.
*As defined, assessed and measured according to Maturity Institute diagnostic standards. Research Findings to be published in Evidence-based HRM: a Global Forum for Empirical Scholarship (forthcoming, 2023)
